Our award-winning program has been professionally designed with over 40 years martial arts experience by our Master instructor who has been teaching and competing for many years. Tiny Tigers (3-6 years) are taught:

1.How to avoid being bullied
2.How to avoid strangers
3.How to keep safe
4.Focus
5.Manners and Respect

Young Dragons (7-16 years) are taught:

1.Confidence & Self Esteem
2.A Positive

Mental Attitude
3.Physical Fitness
4.Self Discipline

Programs also available on leadership, teaching success through martial arts, and Mike Chat’s Extreme Martial Arts (XMA) program. Our instructors are fully insured, DBS checked and first aid trained. If your goals are Self Protection, Thai Boxing, Kung Fu, Filipino or the best in MMA then we have a class for you. Our instructors are professionally trained and led by master instructor Sifu Antony Child – 5th degree black belt and coach level 2 under the world Shooto champion Eric Paulson – trainer of UFCs Brock Lesnar. Mr Child is also qualified under many world-renowned coaches in various other systems. If you are interested in the best training in Self Protection methods, MMA, cutting edge Thai Boxing or Jun Fan Kung Fu, classes or 1-2-1 private instruction, come visit us. For Adults We teach Thai boxing (Muay Thai), STX (Savate Thai cross-training) JKD (Jeet Kun Do), Kickboxing, Kali / Filipino and MMA (Mixed Martial Arts). We are the Wiltshire CSW representative under Erik Paulson at Coach Level 2 & we also have fighters entering Muay thai & Amateur MMA fights up and down the county. Our classes are great for getting fit, toning up, losing weight, gaining confidence, making new friends and improving technical ability. Train Hard, Train Smart.
