• 2026 Arrival👩🏼‍🍼 •

As many of may know, myself and Jord are expecting a baby early next year. I am planning on taking maternity leave so my diary will be closing from Christmas 2025 while I take some time off before our family grows🥰 

To make sure you’re still supported during my time away, any clients who are happy to do so can be booked in with Jord, who many of you already know and trust. This will be across our Swindon and Marlborough clinics. I know he will take great care of you while I’m off☺️

December is already looking very limited for space and as I approach my final few months of pregnancy, I won’t be capable of working as long days as I used to so keep this in mind when booking.

Thank you all so much for your continued support of me and my business, I truly appreciate it🩷 I’ll keep you updated of course, and I look forward to seeing you all again when I’m back in the summertime☺️

As we head into the last quarter of the year, personal development is at the top of my to do list. I am currently studying IASTM (instrument assisted soft tissue mobilisations) with and Reiki at the end of August. I may need some bodies to practice on so will be giving my regulars a shout😉
I’m so looking forward to adding to my treatment list🤲🏼

We got back from our honeymoon earlier this week, thank you for all of the kind messages and well wishes. We both really appreciate it and will try and stay in this bubble for as long as possible💒

May is now fully booked. If I get any cancellations, I will add them to my story. Thanks for always keeping me busy!

Now April is coming to a close, we move into a VERY exciting month of wedding, honeymoon and parties (some massage and PT don’t worry!) Happy Sunday✨ I thought I better introduce our new space in Swindon. We are now based at Grange Leisure Centre in Stratton with The Injury Barn. It’s been a great first week in there and within walking distance of my house, even better🏃🏼‍♀️

I am still offering Monday afternoons, Tuesday afternoon/evening and Saturday mornings in Swindon. My diary is always open✍🏽

I’m just reminiscing after a beautiful weekend of spa chilling, cocktail making and dinner with my friends and family🩷 Life is all about balance, and this was exactly what I needed😊 We are heading into a busy month of April, before we get married (incase you still didn’t know😉) in May.

• Busy Few Months Ahead •

So the next few months are going to be busy at Embody HQ. If I seem a little more distracted that usual, I’m spinning more plates than I have before😅 All exciting things though so here’s what’s coming up;

• We’ll be set up at the Devizes completion on the 12th and 13th of April. Come say hi and get a flush through before your next workout
• Jord’s new venture The Injury Barn is coming in May. He’ll be setting up in Marlborough and Swindon, so nothing will change in the way I refer clients. (I couldn’t be more proud of you!)

Personally, I’ve got my hen do next weekend and the wedding is coming ever closer! This is your reminder to get your next 2 months of massage or PT booked in the diary. I have shared these to my stories today and will continue to keep them updated.

I was meant to get a photo at last week’s belated Christmas social but we had too much fun! I am so grateful to all of them for coming week after week and creating our little yoga community🙏🏽
