ProFutsal London 14 - 5 Swindon Futsal

Definitely not the result we were after. ProFutsal London were a lot better than us on the day, and fully deserved the victory. We know were capable of a lot better than we showed today, so we will learn from this and come back stronger.

The boys are back in action this Sunday as they face their toughest test yet in ProFutsal London. Their sights are now set on preparing for their FA Futsal Cup Quarter Final, so we are expecting a really competitive game. It’s going to be a good experience for us nonetheless, so looking forward to getting it started! 🖤💛

Following on from our announcement with the Mars Just Play scheme, we are happy to announce we will be hosting our first Women’s session on Wednesday 3rd April, 8-9PM at PlayFootball Swindon Indoor. ⁣
⁣
These sessions will become a weekly event, same time same place. We are really motivated to get this going, and give women in our local area the platform to play Futsal. Hope to see you all down there!⁣

What a performance from the lads today. After a shaky start going 2 goals down, we fought hard and eventually found ourselves in front going into Half Time. ⁣
⁣
We controlled the start of the 2nd half, and soon developed a comfortable cushion which saw us out 6-2 winners. ⁣
⁣
Huge thank you to everyone who came down to watch, there was a good atmosphere inside the arena which spurred us on. Good luck to Worcester Futsal Club for the rest of their season, hope to set up a rematch in the future.⁣

🚨 Squad Announcement 🚨 ⁣⁣

This is the squad of 11 that will be giving Worcester Futsal Club a stern test this Sunday. After whittling our squad down to 15 players from 30 in the past few weeks, we believe that this group of players will be able to progress us to the next level. A couple of debutants to mention in Joey Broadbank and Dan Parry, let’s hope they can get off to a positive start!⁣⁣

This Sunday we will be going up against in arguably our toughest test yet. Our opponents will be making the trip down to Swindon full of confidence after a huge win against division rivals Bedford last week. It should be a great opportunity for us to showcase what we’re about, and should be a great watch for the neutral. Can’t wait to get it started.. ⁣

Another good Matchday experience with the boys. It was a really good opportunity for us to try out some new players, to see what they were made of. Huge thanks to Rushmoor Development for hosting us for the evening, it’s always a pleasure to create new relationships within the Futsal world.

This Friday we will be making the trip down to to face their newly formed Futsal side. Love everything Rushmoor are trying to do, so looking forward to a good game on Friday evening. It also gives us a chance to give out some more debuts to our players, hopefully they are up to the test. ⁣
