For the past few months, I’ve been busy planning, designing, and writing my very first teacher training course, and this weekend I had the privilege of teaching three gorgeous teachers my antenatal and postnatal Pilates training at the beautiful 🧡

Watching them learn, grow, ask questions, and step into this work with such passion was incredibly rewarding, and I’m so excited to see these teachers continue to develop their new skills.

Thank you for trusting me, supporting me, and making this first training so special✨

I’m so proud of myself for following my heart and setting up GB Pilates Education. I’ve got so much to share and offer learners and teachers, and I have huge dreams and goals for this next chapter.

This weekend has shown me what I’m capable of, and I’m feeling so fired up and excited to start planning the next few courses🤩

For years I've wanted to explore teacher training and now everything has aligned it's finally time to step into this new chapter, as a Pilates educator.

I'm passionate about supporting every teacher, whether you're taking your first step or have been guiding clients for years, to grow, refine your skills, and inspire with confidence.

Happiness isn’t something we define once and carry forever, it evolves as we do🤍

What fulfilled us in one season of life may not serve us in the next, and recognizing that isn’t failure, it’s growth.

Every stage of our beautiful life teaches us something new about who we are, what we value, and what we truly need.

I’m entering a new phase of my journey where, with my husband, we’ve been sharing our dreams and our vision for the future. Coming together and aligning our goals has brought a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and direction.

This next chapter is about honoring change, letting go of what no longer fits, and redefining happiness on our own terms.

Life is a gift, and choosing happiness means being brave enough to evolve, adjust the plan, and move forward with intention, trust, and gratitude✨🤍

This past year reminded me that nothing I do is ever done alone, every step forward is made possible by the love, belief, and support of the people around me. Every message, every booking, every class attended, every word of encouragement has meant more to me than you’ll ever know. You’ve trusted me with your time, your energy, your journeys, and your presence in my life, and that is something I never take for granted.
