I'm Tony, owner of Apex Swindon. Over the past 12 years, I've built my coaching on real, recognised qualifications, not guesswork or trends: CrossFit Gymnastics, Master Kettlebell Instructor, Suspension Training (TRX), Circuit Training, Sports Massage & Rehab, and Nutritional Coaching for fat loss.

Walking into a gym with different class names on the timetable can be a bit daunting — so here's a quick breakdown of what each one actually involves:

🔵 Lift Off — Barbell strength work covering squat, bench press, deadlift, shoulder to overhead and Olympic lifting. Perfect if you want to build raw, functional strength.

🟢 Train with T — The chance to train alongside the coach directly, blending strength training with cardio. A great option if you want that extra bit of guidance and support.

🟡 EYT (Empty Your Tank) — Interval-based cardiovascular training designed to push your conditioning and leave nothing left in the tank.

🔴 Functional Fitness — A mix of cardiovascular, strength and endurance work for a complete full-body session. A great all-rounder if you're not sure where to start.

The best part? Every class is scaled to YOU. Whether you're brand new to training or years into your fitness journey, the workout adapts to your level — not the other way round.
