📣 Race round up!

Last Saturday saw & take on the Dursley Hill Climb. Karl had a bit of a nightmare with a dropped chain but still came home a mere 4s ahead of James (who was feeling p**p, but still put in a great effort!)

On Monday, was back at it with a 🥇 in the Newbury Velo’s 10 mile TT on the road bike setting a new PB 22:01

Back to the TT bike on Thursday for Karl at the London VTTA 10 mile TT setting a course PB of 20:31 and taking the win 🥇

Yesterday, Karl raced the H25/88 25 mile TT setting a PB and course record of 50:07 and of course the win 🥇

And if that wasn’t enough, today Mr Norris was 🥇 V50 and a course PB on the U72 but a black screen on the Wahoo after 2 miles meant he was simply going ‘by feel’…… I’ll tell ya what, I’ll have some of what Karl is on if he’s banging out PB’s after a week of racing simply by going off how he’s feeling!! 😂😂

All this in a heatwave too! Bravo 👏👏

CX is back!

Last night saw the start of the Supermarine series and what a great start for our 360VRT riders.

🥇 for Luca Mascia in the Junior cat
7th for Mark Smith in the Seniors
21st for Carlo Mascia in the Vets

Looking forward to the rain & mud making it real fun 😜

Latton TT Series Team Runner-up 🥈First Overall (Men’s) 🥇 and First Road Bike (Men’s) Mark Peters🥇

Awarded 5 team medals, but a whole squad of team players. From the lay-by lurkers offering a encouragement and support, to the regular week in week out riders, and the ones that turn up and just get the job done, this is what makes a team!

scooped up the overall winners prize, one that is so very well deserved and he even finished the series with a PB! 🤩

Mark Peters won the road bike cat, with some very impressive times and a great areo position on that bike - super strong!

A pretty solid season for 360VRT and we’re already looking forward to next years series!

Thanks to Swindon Road Club and for another great series and for sponsoring the awards.

📣 Lets just give a shout out to 360 rider who is now onto Day 9 of the and putting in a phenomenal effort.

Riding solo since just before Checkpoint 1 (Switzerland) with unfortunately having to pull out (awful weather conditions & an old injury stopping play) has meant that Carlo has been clocking up the miles alone.

Now in the Croatia / Bosnia region, checkpoint 3 is the next stop in Albania, followed closely by Parcours 3.

Carlo is taking on this challenge in support of his and Lou’s chosen charity, The Centre Algarve who support families and children with disability and SEND needs tho otherwise can’t holiday without the support and assistance. If you would like to donate, please do so in the link in our bio!

A big shout out to the support crew also despite the awful conditions, ensuring Ian & Inge were fed, had waterproofs, working lights, working gears & even a change of bike when needed! 👏👏
