I used to believe if I didn’t have a solid hour to train… it didn’t count 🌼
So on the days when life felt chaotic, when I was tired, busy, or stretched too thin
I’d skip the workout
Then I’d feel guilty, unmotivated, like I was slipping again

One day, I gave myself permission to just try 8 minutes
That’s it

🧘♀️ Moved how I felt
💛 Didn’t worry about doing it “right”
And guess what?
I felt amazing
Not because it was a perfect workout…
But because I finally showed up for me
That 8 minutes reminded me of my power, It wasn’t the time that mattered, It was the momentum I created
