September brings lots of changes 💛
New teachers, new classrooms, new routines… so finding something that’s 𝗷𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝘂𝗻 can be exactly what children need. 🤸‍♀️

At 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗸𝗲, there’s no pressure to arrive knowing what to do. Children can simply come along, get moving, learn at their own pace and enjoy being part of something outside of school.

Huge CONGRATS to Lydia & Jess on being selected to represent Great Britain at the SENIOR World Acrobatic Gymnastics Championships! 🇮🇹👏

And an equally huge CONGRATS to Kailen & Chloe and Southampton Gymnastics Club on being selected to fly the GBR flag at the JUNIOR World Championships! 🇬🇧✨

Both partnerships will be competing among the very best gymnasts in the WORLD this September! 🌎 What an incredible achievement and a moment to be so proud of! We can’t wait to cheer you all on in Italy. Good luck and enjoy every second! 🍀🙌

What an incredible experience! 🤩

Jess and Lydia just had the honour of showcasing their routines at the Glasgow International Arena at the Commonwealth Games.

To see Acrobatic Gymnastics showcased on such a prestigious international stage is something we’re incredibly proud of. Opportunities like this help introduce our amazing sport to thousands of spectators in the arena and many more watching around the world. 🙌

Jess and Lydia represented themselves, Evoke Gymnastics and the wider Acrobatic Gymnastics community with professionalism, confidence and pride. What a fantastic experience and one they’ll remember for a long time. ✨

A huge thank you to the organisers for giving Acrobatic Gymnastics this opportunity. We hope this is another step towards raising the profile of our sport and inspiring the next generation of gymnasts.

🏅 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗸𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🏅

What a fantastic day at our 𝟯𝗥𝗗 𝗔𝗡𝗡𝗨𝗔𝗟 𝗘𝗩𝗢𝗞𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗨𝗕 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗘𝗧𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡! 💛🖤

🤸‍♀️ With around 𝟮𝟰𝟬 𝗚𝗬𝗠𝗡𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗦 taking part, it was incredible to see children of all ages and abilities, from our youngest gymnasts to our oldest, and from complete beginners to our most advanced recreational gymnasts, stepping onto the competition floor and giving it their all.

👏 A huge well done to every one of our gymnasts. For many, this was their very first experience of performing in front of judges, an audience and their teammates… and that takes real courage.

⭐ We saw so many smiling faces, determined performances and proud moments throughout the day. The cheers from family and friends, and the encouragement from our coaches created such a special atmosphere, and that’s exactly what 𝗘𝘃𝗼𝗸𝗲 is all about.

✨ 𝗧𝗢 𝗔𝗟𝗟 𝗢𝗙 𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗚𝗬𝗠𝗡𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗦: 𝗕𝗘 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗗 𝗢𝗙 𝗬𝗢𝗨𝗥𝗦𝗘𝗟𝗩𝗘𝗦! You showed 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗥𝗬, 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘 and 𝗙𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗦𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗘𝗙𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗧, and we couldn’t have asked for any more.

🙏 A huge THANK YOU to all of our coaches, judges, volunteers and families for making the day such a success! We can’t wait to do it all again next year! 😃

🇬🇧 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗠𝗣𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 🇬🇧

What an incredible weekend for Evoke Gymnastics at both the 𝗔𝗖𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗖 British Championships and the 𝗥𝗛𝗬𝗧𝗛𝗠𝗜𝗖 British Championships! 🇬🇧🙌

This is the biggest national competition of the year, and our gymnasts have worked tirelessly all season to earn their place on the competition floor. 💪Competing against the very best gymnasts in the country, they gave everything with passion, determination and heart, bringing home 1 British title, 3 silver medals and 7 bronze medals across the two disciplines. We couldn’t be prouder of every single one of them. 💛🖤

- 𝗔𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗰 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 -

🥇 𝗟𝘆𝗱𝗶𝗮 & 𝗝𝗲𝘀𝘀 (Women’s Senior Pair) successfully defended their British title to become British Champions once again! 👏

🥈 𝗞𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗻 & 𝗖𝗵𝗹𝗼𝗲 (Mixed Pair – Junior) became British Silver Medallists. Congratulations to Southampton Gymnastics on this fantastic combined partnership! 💪

🥉 𝗘𝗹𝘀𝗮, 𝗠𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗲 & 𝗠𝗮𝗯𝗲𝗹 (Women’s Group – Pre-Youth) are British Bronze Medallists. 🤩

- 𝗥𝗵𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗚𝘆𝗺𝗻𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 -

🥈 𝗡𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗮 (Under 12) claimed the title of British Silver Medallist in Ribbon.

🥉🥉🥉 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗮 (Senior) had a much improved championship, becoming a triple British Bronze Medallist in Ball, Hoop and Ribbon.

🥈🥉🥉 𝗥𝗼𝘀𝗶𝗲 (Junior) also had a strong competition, becoming a British Silver Medallist in Clubs and British Bronze Medallist in both Ball and Hoop.

✨ 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲 represented Evoke in the Senior category, finishing 11th. 💛

✨ 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗮 represented Evoke in the Junior category, finishing 12th. 💛

Every performance represented years of dedication, long training sessions and unwavering commitment. Whether they stood on the podium or not, every gymnast should be incredibly proud of what they achieved this weekend.

A huge congratulations to all of our gymnasts on such an outstanding weekend. We are beyond proud of you all! 💛🖤👏
