This isnโ€™t a typical gym membership, you will be joining an 8 week challenge in our private studio where we go after strength gains and improved fitness ๐Ÿ’ชโฃ

Unlock your potential to be fit, healthy and strong! Weโ€™ll help you to stop focusing on the number on the scale so you can focus on yourself. โฃ

At the beginning of our 8 week challenge you will complete a Benchmark session with the group (all levels welcome, from the gym newbie to the hardcore trainer!) In this session, youโ€™ll go through a series of exercises and note your achievements. โฃ At the end of the 8 weeks training, youโ€™ll do another Benchmark session - exactly the same, to see how far youโ€™ve come and celebrate your gains in fitness and strength. โฃ

Our 8 week challenge includes: โฃ

Access to unlimited workouts with 24 classes aโฃ Week to choose from, including: Strength Training, HIIT Sessions and Hybrid. โฃ
โฃ
Classes run from 6am to 6:15pm in small groups of a maximum of 12 people in our private studio in Cheney Manor. โฃOur Thrive family is warm and welcoming and full of all different fitness levels and abilities.โฃ
