I’m Lisa, I’m 44 and I’m a painter and decorator. I fell in love with boxing in 2018, and honestly, I haven’t looked back! ❤️

I started training at Swindon Martial Arts & Fitness Centre not knowing a single person, but it didn’t take long before I found more than just a place to train I found another family. 🥊❤️

Now, turning 45 soon, I can honestly say I feel so fit, alive and full of confidence. Boxing has given me so much, and now I want to share that feeling with other women.

Just a little reminder that SMAF West Swindon Kickboxing is CLOSED this week for our summer shutdown, so there will be no kickboxing classes on Thursday 20th August.

Starting Thursday 3rd September at 5.30pm

Our 12-Week Beginners Programme has been designed specifically for new students and includes everything they need to get started.
