We’re excited to be launching our brand new Ladies Box Fit Class at Better, Link Centre - Swindon every Thursday at 6:10pm alongside our popular Ladies Kickboxing Class in Studio 2!

We are incredibly lucky to have Coach Lisa leading the sessions. Lisa brings 10 years of coaching experience and has successfully taught the ladies at Groundwell Club for the last 4 years, helping women of all ages and fitness levels grow in confidence, fitness and skill.

Whether you’re looking to improve your fitness, build confidence, relieve stress, learn boxing combinations, or simply have fun while getting active, this class is for you!

Good luck to all of the students across the SMAF family who are grading this weekend! 🥋❤️

Whether you're stepping up for your very first belt or working towards the next stage of your journey, remember how much you've already achieved just by getting to this point.

Every class attended, every challenge overcome, every time you pushed yourself when things felt difficult has prepared you for this moment. Grading isn't just about earning a new belt—it's about showing how far you've come and celebrating all of the hard work, dedication and determination you've put in along the way.

Believe in yourselves, trust your training, and enjoy every minute of it. Take a deep breath, do your best, and let all that hard work shine through.

No matter what happens, you should be incredibly proud of yourselves because we certainly are.

Tonight the ladies pushed themselves at Better, Link Centre - Swindon practicing some of the more advanced kicks in our syllabus, ready for grading next weekend and stepping outside their comfort zones and giving it their all!

What makes this class special isn’t just training together, it’s the teamwork, encouragement, and support shared every session.
