Childrens class starts at 6.15pm

If you cannot make Wednesday why not come on Saturday

Childrens start 9.15am
Adults starts 10.15pm

New comers more than welcome to come along try for free for 2 months.

Current students if you want to bring friends or family I will offer you £25 off our shop or grading fee or monthly training fee when they join (following 1st months training fee).

So excited for the weekend!! I've hopefully🤞passed my third degree testing in Taekwondo - it is presentation night so new dress on! I'll also making some lovely muffins to entice my fellow Ninja's to donate to my Kenya fundraising. Hope you enjoy 🧁🍰🏆

We have several spaces now available on Saturday Childrens 9.15am to 10am and adults 10.15am to 11am

This is for all levels from beginner to blackbelt if you want to improve your fitness, confidence, start a journey with family come along for a free trial or you want to get back to training we will honour your current grade

If grading is not your thing and you would like to take part in the fitness only this is fine too
