I offer classes and personalised one-to-one private Pilates lessons tailed to the individual. I am a fully qualified and experienced Pilates Teacher including Level 4 Back Care. I specialise in Pilates with my specialism being back care and rehabilitation and run classes in and around the Swansea area. I have had the great opportunity to witness first hand the healing abilities of the Pilates Me

thod and how it can change lives. I have a passion for teaching Pilates to as many people as possible and to help them achieve their personal goals.
