Weโ€™re so incredibly proud of our very own Arnas Auksakis - IFBB PRO ๐ŸŒ for achieving his bodybuilding PRO CARD on his first attempt over the weekend on his Pro Debut at IFBB PROFESSIONAL LEAGUE ITALY ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡น

Arnie has been a Ware-House personal trainer for years and weโ€™ve seen the hard graft that has lead up to this moment. We couldnโ€™t think of anyone who is more deserving of this than him, not only because he is a formidable athlete, but is also a personality that radiates positivity and makes everyone feel part of the family here at Ware-House โค๏ธโ€๐Ÿ”ฅ

2 of our very own coaches here at Ware-House Swansea Jay Harris and Brett James competed at the Deadly Dozen World Championships this weekend and placed Second in their AG in the Male Doubles race ๐Ÿคฉ๐ŸŒ

Also weโ€™d like to congratulate Lewis Grey and Gemma Grey for also qualifying for the World Champs and placing 5th in the Mixed Doubles ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป

Weโ€™re bringing Run Club back to raise money for WellChild as our boys prepare for Berlin Marathon ๐Ÿ‡ฉ๐Ÿ‡ช

We will be setting off from the gym with the option for a 5K and a 10K route to return back to the Fuel-House Station 86 for Pancakes ๐Ÿคค

All proceeds from the pancakes will go to the charity so even if you donโ€™t fancy the run come down anyway for a treat and a coffee catch up ๐Ÿซฑ๐Ÿปโ€๐Ÿซฒ๐Ÿผ
