Week 1 our Dipping Challenge !

Dipping everyday in May to raise money for 🧡

We all have busy lives and commitments so taking on a daily dip isn’t easy! And I don’t think without the support of such an incredible bunch of ladies it would be possible. As well as knowing how much it means to do something good for such a special cancer charity.

I just love how this challenge brings people together to make the connections between our members even stronger.

A simple but powerful addition to your strength training routine. Here’s why ..

🔥 Full-body strength
💪 Grip & core on fire
🦵 Stronger legs, better stability
❤️ Boosts endurance
⚖️ Improves posture

We are using our Trap Bar at 40kg here but you can use dumbells, kettlebells, bags of shopping even!

Don’t know where to start? Use this rough guide 👇

💪Beginner: 8–12 kg per hand
Some training experience: 12–20 kg per hand

💪💪Stronger/advanced: 20 kg+ per hand

What matters more than the number though is that ..

☑️You can stand tall (no leaning or wobbling)

☑️Grip feels challenged but not failing instantly

☑️You can walk 20–40 metres with control

YOUTH Strength & Conditioning for kids and teens

Over the last 6 weeks we’ve been running our first block of Strength & Conditioning sessions for kids and teens… and honestly, it’s been really special.

The progress has been brilliant. Better movement, more power, more strength — all helping improve sports performance and reduce the risk of injuries.

But it’s not just the physical benefits — it’s about building confidence. We’ve seen it grow week by week, not just in sessions but in day-to-day life too (something parents have been telling us, which is always great to hear).

We keep sessions small (just 8 per group) with 2 coaches, so every young person gets the attention and support they need.

Well done to everyone who’s been part of it so far — it’s a privilege to coach you 👊

We are expanding the program after Easter and running FREE taster sessions over the school holidays 👇
