This is the most Chaotic Shambles of an event that I had no idea I was involved with

I received an e-mail congratulating me on being a Finalist for The Longboard Shaper of the Year.
My response you made a mistake.On checking Im not on the Four shortlisted.

Ben Skinner
Pete Williams

I’m also not on the suggested nominations list see above.

Voting had closed by this time.
A video and photos were provided for my Bio.
Unfortunately they were unable to recognize me.

If I was not listed named incorrectly.
No one voted for me as they couldn’t how the F**k am I a Finalist.
I can’t be a Finalist if I’m not in the contest!!!

Car Crash Is extremely polite
It makes a complete mockery of the awards as they obviously have no idea who I am or what i do.

I apoligise to those that voted for anyone in this category but I do think it may be flawed.

9’3”G Line 2+1

This shape has been a long time in coming together.

Mid 80s built a 2+1(glassed on)
Best board I’d ridden.

2019 started experimenting with Gliders
2020 built my all time favorite Glider

2026 combined the elements of both to end up at the G Line

A more dynamically oriented board blending smooth open face carving with the ability to hold its own in critical hollow sections
With great paddle efficiency the narrower nose shape make for easier paddle outs in heavier sessions.

Only 40 years to get here.

It’s surprisingly quick to shape foam.
I would not have finished shaping one balsa in the same time.
