This method produces a light close tolerance blank with basic tools and vitually no waste.

Offcuts get reused in panels for more boards.

Dust and shavings compost.

Within 3-4 years the trees have regrown to build another one.

No it’s not Sustainable nothing is or can be
However boards that are 80-85% Bio mass by weight
Are way more Planet Friendly than most boards currently avaliable which claim a sustainable rating.

100 years on From Tom Blake and his first hollow wooden boards we are still progressing.

A more Planet Friendly way to Surf.
