Yup, that's right. I'm not going to tell you I am the best or the cheapest. For the most part PT's will all provide a similar service. There is no magic formula that only the chosen few have.โฃ

Don't get me wrong, there are some people offering training with no qualifications and therefore are not insured. There are also some who have a certificate to say they attended a course, but they have limited experience and knowledge. โฃ

Find the person that clicks with you on a personal level, offers value for money, and ask questions before you hand over your money.โฃ

But please, please, please, if you are trying to achieve a fitness goal, please use a professional, me or any other, do not fall for a short term fad diet, or poisonous weight loss tea. You will find yourself making the same goals again in twelve months time.โฃ
