Velocity Fitness is a strength, conditioning and general fitness gym that develops individuals, athletes and teams to reach their fitness goals through constantly varied functional movements covering all aspects of fitness. We are located at Unit 4 Celtic Trade Park, Bruce Road, Fforestfach, Swansea in a 5000 square foot premium warehouse gym which is CrossFit affiliated. Our training methods prod

uce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of movements and skills. We want to develop the ability to deal with any physical contingency and so thats the way we train – preparing ourselves for the unknown and unknowable. At Velocity Fitness we train incredibly hard but in a fun and welcoming environment. Our members achieve levels of fitness they didn’t think they were capable of. Everyday our members break down barriers and set new standards for themselves. Our training is intense at times and creates a bond among our members that can’t be faked or manufactured. Together we work hard, we sweat, expose weaknesses and we get stronger...together. The community aspect of our gym is our greatest strength. At Velocity there are no ego’s, no room for bad attitudes. Those type of people just don’t last here. We are supportive, we are competitive, we are strong, we are humble.
