Tonight’s dance class is happening at West Cross Community Centre at 7:15pm… and your sofa has officially lodged a complaint because it’s getting far too much attention. 🛋️😴

Come and join us for an hour of laughter, movement, great music, and the chance to remember that your body was designed for moving then your treats taste so much nicer 💖🥰😜

No experience needed.
No partner needed.
No sequins required (although never discouraged ✨).

This afternoon, while Dance Days was happening nearby, we took Swansea Dance outside the LC to showcase some of the routines we’ve been working on over the last few months. 💃✨

And what a showcase it was! (Watch this space final product dropping soon)

Watching this incredible group perform with such energy, confidence and enthusiasm made me so proud. ❤️

The crew absolutely smashed it. From the first step to the last pose, they gave it their all and showed exactly what Swansea Dance is about: friendship, fun, support and a shared love of movement.

Thank you to everyone who comes along each week, works hard, has a laugh, and occasionally remembers which arm is meant to be doing what. 🤣💃
