Training without goals is like setting off on a journey without a destination. Goals give us direction, focus, and purpose.

When we set clear goals, we:

āœ… Measure progress and celebrate wins
āœ… Identify areas for improvement

āœ… Create a roadmap for long-term success

Leading into summer it can be hard to keep on track with your fitness goals. (We all love the BBQs and beers over summer)

šŸ”„ Step one hit a minimum of 8,000 steps per day (little walk after food helps this)

šŸ”„Track your calories a few times a week (not everyday but just to keep an eye)

Put the scales in the bin.

Not because progress doesn’t matter — but because your worth was never supposed to be measured in kilos, pounds, or a number blinking back at you first thing in the morning.

You are allowed to eat without earning it.
You are allowed to rest without guilt.
You are allowed to exist in your body without constantly trying to shrink it.

Measure your life in energy, laughter, confidence, peace, strength, joy, and how fully you’re living — not by a number that can change overnight.

The scales don’t know your heart.
The scales don’t know your story.
The scales don’t deserve that much power.

😢😢 I AM STUCK! šŸ›‘šŸ›‘

This is something so many message and say!

😔 Stuck with the same boring workout.
😔 Stuck over coming that 1 lift.
😔Stuck in the same place as last year.

Why? The answer is simple.

1) You have no plan or coach to help guide you through those peaks or those low point!

2) You got a coach who just wants you money so gives you, you mam, your friend and your friends dogs goldfish the same workout!

How to get unstuck?

Get a coach or a program that fits your lifestyle, with your end goal in site. Your coach should be able to adapt to you. Push when you need it and guide when you need (2 very different things).
