Great racing all round on Day 1 for our Junior Para Swimmers yesterday at the Activity Alliance National Junior Para Swimming Meet with some good PBs - a huge TD well done to Luc who won silver and bronze medals in the 50m and 100m Breaststroke events- recording a new Swim Wales short course record in the 100m event. Well done! 👏 🐬

After another fantastic weekend of swimming at our Torfaen Dolphins Long Course Meet 2026- we just want to say a massive thank you to the following for making it so successful:

750+ swimmers who competed
200+ officials, volunteers and coaches who supported the swimmers
34 clubs who had swimmers representing them this weekend
1 fantastic photography company - Malaper Photography Sports for documenting the weekend!

It’s National Volunteers’ Week this week! 👏
We are a volunteer run Performance Club and as we head into our biggest home competition of the year this weekend - our TD Long Course Meet, we would like to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who has given their time to volunteer for us in the past and to those volunteering this coming weekend in Cardiff!
We really wouldn’t be able to give our swimmers the ability to compete at the level they do, without you all, so THANK YOU! 🐬🐬

A huge thank you to all of the teams who took part in the Wyvern League 2026! Wonderful to see the younger swimmers having the opportunity to race against one another in a friendly environment!
Congratulations to our team who very closely won this years league!!! Merthyr Tydfil Swimming Club Rhondda Swimming Club Abergavenny swim Club, Tredegar Torpedoes, Caerphilly swim club, City of Hereford.
