🚴‍♀️ Bike Tune-Up Sessions: We're offering free tune-up sessions to ensure staff cycles are in top condition for the spring and summer months. Our expert will check brakes, gears, bearings, and tyre pressure. Plus, Cycle Solutions will be on-site offering a 10% discount on any needed parts.

💻 Cycle Scheme Webinar: To support greener travel options, staff interested in our Cycle to Work scheme can join a short 15-minute webinar. They'll learn how the scheme works, understand potential savings, see what's available.

This morning, I had the absolute pleasure of meeting three living legends in our Uprise Bikes stores.

Firstly, two-code Welsh Rugby legend Jonathon Davies OBE met us in our Uprise Uplands store in Swansea to discuss plans for this years Jiffy's Cancer 50 Challenge charity ride from Cardiff to Swansea. The ride takes place on Sunday 18th August and will see 500-600 of us donning the lycra to raise funds for cancer treatments at Velindre and Singleton hospitals. I am looking forward to seeing Jiffy and a host of rugby stars on the start line in a couple of weeks. The ride is supported by our technical team at Uprise Bikes, and several of us will be taking on the challenge.

Jonathan (aka Jiffy) was accompanied by British Triathlon ambassador and Swansea Bay Health Charity support manager, Lewis Bradley. When Lewis is not busy raising funds, he competing at the top level in Triathlon across the UK & Europe.

Last, but by no means least. I popped into our Uprise Electric bike shop in Fforestfach, Swansea to meet and thank the legend that is Stu Calder. Stu is an absolute star, and continues to provide our customers with the warmest welcome and best advice. Keep on being you, Stu!

Cycle Solutions have been working closely with Jayne & the Uni over the years, providing their cycle to work scheme, as well as Bike Doctor events with free health checks on bicycles and free locks and lights for students!
