Sketty Bowls Club Sketty Bowls Club was formed in 1923 in De La Beche park. Formally known as Sketty Church, the team currently plays in Div 1 of the Swansea leagues.

Are you are currently enjoying watching the Curling at the Winter Olympics?
Why not give it a go this summer!!!! At Sketty we have an active curling team, however rather than playing on ice with stones we use grass and woods!!!!
Seriously, the sports are similar in so many ways and the outdoor season will be starting in just a few weeks.

Big local derby on Sat for the championship team. We are home to our near neighbours and good friends Pontardawe.
Both teams are looking to secure third place in Division One and we will be out for revenge after losing at Pontardawe earlier in the season.
Match starts at 12:00 so come down and support the team before settling down the watch the rugby which is also going to be shown live at the stadium 😀🍺🏉

Next Fri (17th Oct) sees the first Sketty Men's Shed session taking place. The session is open to all men in the Sketty and surrounding area.
Men's Sheds are community spaces for men to connect, converse and create. No two sheds are the same, they are as individual and diverse as the original back garden shed. A place were men can escape from everyday stresses of life, to escape to and pursue their interests. But crucially it’s a place where loneliness and isolation are addressed in a friendly environment and where men can chat and enjoy each others company. Everyone is welcome.
