Fitsteps Laura Swansea Fitsteps classes on mon in sketty,6pm, weds in waunarlwydd comm centre at 6pm & thurs 11.30am in du Its an amazing workout and great for getting fit and toned!

Fitsteps classes are energetic upbeat dance based exercise classes based on ballroom and latin dances as seen on 'Strictly'. Fitsteps mixes the graceful ballroom and upbeat latin steps to create fun filled classes where you dont even realise you are getting fit! Come along and join in the fun!

So jade is struggling with her treatment at the moment. ...she has been back in hospital for the last 10 days with a mouth infection so is feeling a bit poorly just now. Docs have said she is extra sensitive to most of the chemo drugs she is on so they are looking at alternatives. So at the moment it's 3 steps forward and two back. .. and it's going to take a little longer than normal to sort it out😕
But she still manages to smile through it all! !
I really hope to resume my classes in the New year when hopefully jades treatment is less intense, I can't wait to return to fitsteps. ..I miss you all so much💃💃💜💜 just hope you will all come back to me!😊😊
I will keep you all updated on here...hope you all enjoy strictly. ..keeeeeep dancing! !

Due to the serious illness of my daughter jade, all my fitsteps classes are cancelled. I don't know when or if I will be able to resume teaching but for now and the foreseeable future they are cancelled. I have so enjoyed teaching all my fitsteps ladies and absolutely love doing my classes. I will miss you all so much! Thank you all for coming to my classes over the past couple of years. ...love you all x ###

Hi everyone I'm back from a fab holiday in Malta and looking forward to seeing you all this week in classes!
Huge thankyou to my fab sister Gillian Morgan for keeping the classes going while I was away!💃💃💃

A few of my ladies missing tonight but it's Easter holidays so I know some of you are away on hols.... class is running normally next week .... I'm on holiday but gill is covering....please get to class and support her if you can! Hope you all have a lovely Easter....enjoy the chocolate! !! Then dance it off next week!!
