✨ New and improved women-only area coming soon! ✨

We're excited to share that work to massively improve the women-only part of our gym is about to start! 📅

The current spin studio space will be used to expand and upgrade the women-only facilities. This means that the total women-only space will be increased massively! 💪

If you have any questions, please speak to a member of the team based within the gym who'll be more than happy to help!

We're turning up the heat at JD Gyms Swansea Parc Tawe with a very exciting new addition to the gym...saunas! 🥵🔥

Separate male and female saunas will be fitted in the changing rooms, for that perfect post-workout recovery! Keep an eye out for signage in the gym when work starts and speak to a member of the team if you have any questions at all.

We aim to keep disruption to an absolute minimum, so your workouts aren't affected. During the install we will need to close off different parts of the changing rooms and showers, but don't worry, we'll be as quick as possible. 👌

Major upgrades loading ⏳😎

JD Gyms Swansea Parc Tawe is getting some BIG changes! From a whole new layout to additional cardio kit and even an extended women-only area!💪 Oh, and we can't forget about the saunas! 🔥

As mentioned, JD Gyms Swansea Parc Tawe will now have an even BIGGER women-only area, meaning we need some extra space to complete this expansion. 💅 The spin studio will be converted into an extension of our current women-only space, meaning we will no longer have spin classes on our timetable. We hope you're all as excited as we are about the new changes to your gym! ✨💪

Work will begin within the gym soon, but don't worry, we aim to keep the disruption to a minimum. If you have any questions at all, please speak to a staff member.
