What an incredible achievement! 🥋🔥

We are SUPER PROUD of Tianna & Catrin after their fantastic performances at yesterday’s British Karate Federation International Open in Sheffield.

Competing at one of the highest-standard Karate competitions in the UK, they both showed incredible skill, determination and fighting spirit to come away with 2 x BRONZE Medals 👊🏻👏🏻

Two competitors. Two medals. One VERY proud dojo! ❤️🥋

Unfortunately, due to a double booking of our Association Summer Party & BBQ with the competition, only a small number of athletes from our Association will be competing at one of the pinnacle events in British Karate this weekend.

But we’re incredibly proud to have Tianna and Catrin representing us as they travel to Sheffield to compete in the British Karate Federation International Open Championships this Sunday! 🥋🏆

The standard throughout the day was absolutely outstanding, with everyone giving 100% and showing just how hard they’ve been training. A huge congratulations to every student who successfully passed their grading—you’ve truly earned your new belts!

🥋 Another Incredible Day at the Central England Open Championships! 🥋

Another fantastic day at the Central England Open Championships at the Worcester Arena. As always, an exceptionally well-run tournament with an incredibly high standard of athletes.

That’s the first grading of 2026 complete — and what an incredible day it’s been! Huge congratulations to everyone who passed, you should all be very proud of your hard work and dedication.

A special mention to Lauren Hayward-Toft on her promotion to Yondan — a fantastic achievement and a truly inspirational and special moment, especially with her total hip replacement surgery coming up in just over two weeks. Wishing you a swift recovery and all the very best for your surgery.

Massive well done to our Junior and Senior squads who travelled to Cardiff this morning for National Kumite Squad Training. 🥋
