We’re delighted to announce that Brecon Carreg are this year’s Hydration partner! Don’t forget to pick up a water bottle on race day – they’re made with 100% recycled plastics!

*Participants will have the opportunity to recycle their empty Brecon Carreg water bottles in specially branded recycling bins located throughout the race village and finish area.

Race day isn’t far away, and race packs are on their way too! 👍

Race packs are on their way to you runners, including your number and t-shirt vouchers, so keep an eye on your mailboxes. Not long to go now!

Packs are being sent out between now and race day – if you don’t receive yours by Friday 18th, get in touch at [email protected].

👉Polite Reminder

For safety, fairness, and event administration purposes, participants must not run using another person's race number (bib). Doing so can affect official timing results, age category rankings, and prize allocations.

Please be aware that, in the event of a medical emergency, the information linked to the timing chip and race entry will correspond to the registered participant, which could have serious implications for emergency response and treatment.

Any participant found using a race number that is not registered to them will be disqualified from the event. In addition, they may be prohibited from entering future Swansea 10K events.

Thank you for your cooperation in helping us ensure a safe, fair, and enjoyable event for all participants.
