Brynawel AFC are delighted to confirm the appointment of Callum Ellis as our First Team Manager ahead of the 2026 season.

Callum brings passion, commitment and a clear vision for the club as we continue to build both on and off the pitch. Everyone at Brynawel AFC would like to wish him every success in his new role.

With preseason officially getting underway, we’re also pleased to announce our full schedule of preseason fixtures as preparations begin for the upcoming campaign.

⚽️ Preseason training starts tomorrow.
🏆 Tournament football, friendly matches and the Jacob Crane Foundation Cup all await.
💙 We can’t wait to see the players back in action and welcome our supporters back to the touchline.

⚽ FIRST TEAM MANAGER VACANCY – BRYNAWEL A.F.C. ⚽

Brynawel A.F.C. are seeking an ambitious, passionate and dedicated First Team Manager to lead our senior squad ahead of the 2026/27 season and beyond.

We are a competitive, family-orientated club based in Swansea, currently competing in the Swansea Senior League with strong backing throughout the club structure.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make their mark within a supportive environment, with the chance to help shape the future of the club both on and off the pitch.

🔹 Responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering high-quality training sessions
• Matchday management, tactics and player motivation
• Recruiting and developing players
• Maintaining a positive squad culture
• Liaising with the committee on football matters

🔹 Requirements:
• FAW Intro to Coaching Football (or higher)
• Valid safeguarding and DBS certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Passion for player development and grassroots football
