Just a reminder of club training times. We have an adults only class on Mondays 7pm to 8.30 pm. We also have a popular family oriented class on Thursdays 7pm to 8.30pm. All ages from 6 to 60+ are welcome to attend. This is a not for profit club run by members for members. As a result costs are kept to a minimum. Based in Scouts Hall, Park Road , Clydach , Swansea.

Hi all, hope everyone is well and thanks to those that have paid their fees. In line with current guidance, I am pleased to say that we are finally reopening this Thursday 6th May. As before lockdown, children’s classes will run from 6:15 to 7:15 (parents that train with their children are welcome to train), and adults classes will be 7:30 to 8:30. As before masks will be mandatory, temperatures will be taken on arrival and alcohol gel will be available at all times. We look forward to welcoming you all back!

Sad day for the club, Huw Thomas aka Noddy , a former black belt at the club passed away this morning from covid. A gentle giant of a man with an even bigger heart. Will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
