6-week course introduction to weightlifting for ages 11-17yo

The next and last instalment for this year for Raise the bar will start Tuesday 21st November. The course runs for 6 weeks. Sessions are on a Tuesday and Thursday at 4:30 pm

This course has been hugely successful. We have taught 100's of youngsters to lift and to lift well.

Some have gone on to pursue weightlifting as a sport, have taken up CrossFit, others have taken what they have learnt and applied it to their own training in their chosen sport.

They have all taken a positive step to having a better approach to health and fitness.
