I am sending this message with a heavy heart… I am sorry to announce that we are closing. For 5 years our members have stuck with us even through the toughest times and I am so grateful for your support. It truly breaks my heart that it has come to this but unfortunately, it’s out of my control. We are sadly closing at mid-day Friday 28th October! We cancel all the direct debits and will refund anyone who paid upfront. Pease allow 1/2 weeks for your refund to be processed. For those paid in cash, please send your account number to [email protected] to manage your refund.

All equipment, fitness machines, weights and gym mirrors in this gym are on sale. Please don’t hesitate to contact if you are interested to purchase any of the equipment as soon as possible.

I would like to thank all the members who joined and allowed us to be a part of their fitness journeys. I am very grateful to get to know you all. I will always be available in Killay Cafe and I would be very happy to see and welcome you there from now on!
