Not the result we wanted, but plenty to learn from and take into training. The team will be working harder, coming back stronger, and ready to put things right when they face them again at home 💪

A massive congratulations to our men’s team who secured a fantastic win against Newport in their cup game yesterday! Starting the match with a 14-0 head start in the cup format, the team still had a huge job to do and they rose to the challenge brilliantly.

The boys put in an outstanding performance from start to finish, showing incredible determination, teamwork, and intensity throughout the game. Every player stepped up, working tirelessly in both attack and defence.

The final score finished 24-17, securing the win and a brilliant result for the team! A huge credit to everyone involved for the effort, attitude, and fight shown in the water 👏🤽‍♂️💪

What a game for our juniors tonight! 🤽🔥

Playing at home against Welsh Wanderers, the team put in an incredible performance and secured a 17–14 victory after a close and competitive match throughout.

We are so proud of the hard work, teamwork and determination shown by every player tonight. Well done team!

Juniors Match Results:

A huge well done to all our juniors who played their first friendly of the year tonight against Carmarthen Waterpolo Club 💪

In the first hour, we mixed things up and played against their minis and younger juniors, which was a brilliant opportunity for everyone to build confidence and gain match experience. The second hour saw our juniors step up for a full game, and what a performance it was!

Training is really starting to show, with improved positioning, teamwork, and confidence in the water. We’re so proud of the effort and attitude from every single player tonight.

A big thank you to Carmarthen and all of their coaches and team for being so welcoming and friendly, we really appreciate it. Can’t wait to host you at our home pool next time!💪

the last junior session will be this week (11th Dec) as there is an event on 18th. We will have some Christmas games lined up 🎄

Last senior session will be on the 16th (Older juniors are welcome to come along and join in).
