These photos are 30 days apart, taken in January last year
I lost just shy of 13lbs in that timeframe
You may be thinking “Wow you must’ve been eating really clean and dialled in”
Not quite. It was the complete opposite - my diet was predominately ultra processed foods
I ate a whole box of Ferrero Rocher on the last day
(Haven’t touched it since 😅)
I did it to prove a point
That you can eat “bad” foods and still improve your body composition
Would I advise anyone to copy me?
No
But I would tell anyone that they can include their favourite foods and still lose weight
The amount will depend on your desired rate of weight loss. If you’d rather do it quickly then you don’t have as much wiggle room, I won’t deny that
But you don’t need to be stuck in this “I’ve been good/bad” mentality to change the way you look
It does way more harm than good
You can enjoy your life whilst working towards your health goals at the same time
But if you’ve tried numerous times before only to make the same mistakes each time
Completely overdoing it on weekends, giving up after 3 weeks and beating yourself up because you can’t seem to stick to anything
You probably need my help
