What a week for Troopers!

U18s played superbly against Cardiff Met Archers on Monday night but lost out following an amazing five 3-pointers in a row from Cardiff Met.
On Tuesday, our D3 team played Llanelli Steelers away but could only complete 3 quarters due to a slippery court. We couldn't complete the game but felt like we could have won ice dancing medals at the Winter Olympics. The game will be rearranged.
On Wednesday our U16s played Spartans away. Many of our U16s have only recently moved up from the development squad. We started strong but couldn't get the win against a tough Spartans team. Massively proud of their improvement and resilience as a squad. Also very proud of our positive supporters!
On Thursday our U12s played Merthyr Mustangs and in a exciting game at Bont Leisure came back from being 9 points down but couldn't quite get the final shot to drop, losing the game in a nail-biting finish by just one point!
On Friday, our senior men's team played away to Amman Valley Wild Boars. The Boars started strongly, taking a lead in the first quarter but Troopers played some great basketball to take the lead, then extend it to win 77-45.
Win or lose, all our teams and players are developing quickly. Troopers, we salute you!
