You could have the most perfect glute program in the world, but if you aren’t getting it done at least twice a week with high intent and you aren’t consistently fuelling with food for growth…

You’ll be spinning your wheels until you commit to the plan.

Until you commit to showing up twice a week to the gym to train glutes.
Commit to eating carbs before you train and eating carbs and protein before and after you train.
Commit to a protein target.
Commit to eating regularly throughout the day.
Commit to training harder than you’re used to.
Commit to getting stronger and lifting heavier weights each week.
Commit to the fact that you have to act consistently for a reward that you have to wait for.
Commitment to yourself.
