🌊🏅 What a brilliant weekend at the SLSA Welsh Youth, Seniors & Masters Ocean Championships in St Davids on 8th & 9th August!
Our Youth, Seniors and Masters teams put on an incredible performance, showing fantastic determination, teamwork and skill across the weekend. 💪🌊

All their hard work paid off, with some brilliant racing and a fantastic haul of medals! 🥇🥈🥉

Highlights from MLC's weekend at the Nationals in Barry!
What an incredible weekend of racing, learning, and making memories. We're so proud of every one of our nippers for their determination, positive mindset, and amazing team spirit throughout the competition. Your hard work, resilience, and support for one another truly shone all weekend.

What a fantastic day at the Rest bay Nipper Carnival on Saturday 20th June!

Everyone at MLC is incredibly proud of the effort, determination, and sportsmanship shown by all of our Nippers throughout the day. Well done to everyone who participated!

Well done to all involved in this dramatic rescue at Three Cliffs over half term. Particularly proud of the two MLC Alumni - Morgan and Riley - for acting so swiftly and professionally!

RNLI lifeguards carried out a mass rescue at Three Cliffs Bay during busy half-term weekend saving multiple lives, after a rip current pulled beachgoers into difficulty on one of the season's most demanding days so far.

Huge shoutout to our MLC Juniors and Seniors who helped crew the safety boats at the Rhoose ski race last Saturday. The crew thoroughly enjoyed the experience and built on the skills they learned from the course last autumn.
