I am now closed for Christmas! 🎅

Just a quick message from me as I don’t post much!

A huge thankyou to all of my lovely regulars for keeping me so busy this last year! I appreciate your support and it’s been an absolute dream training you! So proud of all of your brilliant results in 2025 ⭐️

For 2026, I am still full and have currently got a reserve list, but please do message me if you want to be added 🙏
I am still doing some extra studying- hopefully this will be complete by Easter so I can get a couple of you in 💪🏻

Just a quick post to say I’m currently fully booked and doing some extra studying 📚 I will post as soon as I have any slots become available.

With this in mind…
PLEASE can all of my clients give me as much notice if you need an alternative time or you need to cancel (min 24hours otherwise full amount will be charged)

The next few posts will be dedicated to the amazing clients who have smashed their results so far this year!

Todays shout out goes to SEREN 🥳 🩷

Seren has just completed her first 6 week block and look at those results! 🤩

Weight loss - 2 kgs
Total cms loss - 33cms!

Seren has also more than doubled the amount she chest presses…💪🏻 🔥 (WOW)

It has been a joy to support Seren on her fitness mission- I feel like we’ve only just started, very excited to see what she achieves in the next 6 weeks 🤩

This is a message to all of my clients, I’ve asked a few of you already to think of something to focus on and challenge you in February 💪🏻

Example -
10,000 steps EVERYDAY
30 push ups EVERYDAY
Hit your protein EVERYDAY
Track your food EVERYDAY

There’s 28 days to nail your target EVERYDAY

Not negotiable, so therefore make it realistic, but it has to be a challenge for YOU

Happy new year! ⭐️

First day back today and what an amazing start to the year 💪🏻

The New year gives us a fresh start to reflect, re-focus and set meaningful goals 🙏

And on that note, I’m in full swing of my busiest time of the year so I’ve a huge favour to ask - if you can’t make a session please give me as much notice as possible, I have a reserve list for popular time slots - this being said, any late cancellations (within 24hours) will be charged/session deducted.

Whilst you’re finishing off the tin of chocolates and thinking about what diet you’re going to start from tomorrow I want you to remember one thing!

Over any diet you choose, lifting weights is the most important thing you can do for your health 🏋️‍♀️
⭐️ Builds muscle and strength
⭐️ Improves bone density
⭐️ Enhances metabolism and supports weight management
⭐️ Reduces the risk of chronic disease
⭐️ Improves mental health, posture and mobility for daily activities

If you’ve never lifted a weight in your life, or you wouldn’t have the first idea what to do, then send me a message, lifting weights is my favourite thing to do! 😝🏋️‍♀️💪🏻
