Remember it’s still totally free for the whole of September for all new starters to try. Classes for kids aged 7yrs + are on Monday and Wednesday at 6 pm.

Kids have all done so well stepping up at the Olympus Submission Series show. Not all got the result they wanted but all took a big step up (literally) on the big stage. All really enjoyed and took away some things to look at.
