Hi, I'm Rich, I'm a student sports massage therapist based in Port Talbot, South Wales.

I'm into the last couple of months of my level 3 qualification in sports massage therapy, I am registered with the Sports Massage Association and am also insured to practice.

I have been involved in sport all my life having played football for over 30 years and more recently, competing in powerlifting. This background with sport has helped me with the transition into sports massage, giving me the fundamental knowledge of the body and muscles to build on going forward.

I currently work with a number of football teams, offering pre event massage to help warm the muscles, maintenance massage to help minimise injuries and post event massage to help relieve tightness and soreness.

I have testimonials from a number of people I've worked with so far, including footballers, dancers, general gym goers and people with active jobs.

I'm looking forward to removing the word student in May but it is a great time for you to make the most of the student price, get some work done without breaking the bank.

If you can keep you’re head when all about you are losing theirs (and trying to get you sent off).
If you can dream of consecutive league titles using only a squad of players from your own team.
If you can talk with crowds and keep your virtue, even when the crowd is made up of those who revel in your defeat.
If you can navigate 24 consecutive away fixtures in Porthcawl during winter, and not get bored of winning them then yours is the glory, the cup and the league.
And - which is more - you’ll be a CHAMPION my son!!
