10K Road Race: Our 10K road race will take place, along the certified and measured route.
3K Fun Run around the fabulous grounds of Swallowfield Park. This is on grass, so a perfect race for anyone wanting an initial running challenge or young athletes. Swallowfield Duathlon: We continue to work with the British Triathlon Associat
ion to ensure the route is perfect for as wide a range of entrants as possible. The Duathlon has two running sections (6.7km and 3.7km) with a great cycling section of 18km in the middle. - so perfect for anyone wanting to tryout a multi-discipline event and challenging enough for veteran multi-discipline athletes. We have secured a traffic restriction order for the whole 10K route. This means that the Swallowfield 10+3 will be one of the few events in the country where all road sections are closed to traffic - letting you focus on the race and enjoy the "scenes out of Country Life".
