The event runs at BE100, Novice and Intermediate levels. Novice and Intermediate are national qualifying levels where horses can win points and qualify for national championships. They also qualify to compete internationally by entering this level. This means we see entrants from amateur one-horse riders to multi-horse owners and international/Olympic riders looking to qualify their horses or gain experience. The event is free admission for cars/people.

Wow what an entry we’ve received! Thank you to everyone who got their entry in ahead of ballot date!!

We are currently looking at a workable timetable and as such have asked some competitors to change days. This will enable us to run a much more balanced timetable and avoids long days for our wonderful volunteers (and for our competitors).

As advertised we are already watering the Dressage and SJ in the build up to the event. The weather has also been kind recently and provided us with a good amount of rain across the whole site.

Mark Lucey has already been onsite for a going report and we're pleased to see that the majority of the course is currently rates as good - good to firm in places, ahead of much of the preparation work being undertaken.

GREAT NEWS - WATER SECURED! 💦

We’ve had a meeting with estate and we can confirm that we will start watering SJ and dressage today.

The plan for next 10 days is to water every second day. Will take a rain check then to agree plans for last two weeks.

Watering this far out from the event will enable the water to soak into the ground and stimulate additional grass growth to give us maximum results and the best possible going.

BALLOT DAY - Tuesday!!

Thanks so much to those who have already entered. We're very much looking forward to seeing you at the end of June.

We've been reading past event evaluations and rider feedback and are trying to cover of as much as possible. One key area is ground preparation - we realise this is a major consideration for riders when making entries and we want to reassure everyone that we will be doing everything we can to prepare the ground to the highest standards. There has been some rain recently which definitely helps.

GREAT NEWS - FARLEY IS BACK!! And entries are open!!

We've been a little quiet since last year, but work has been underway behind the scenes and we're very much looking forward to Farley 2026!

Some sharp eyed followers may have noticed or heard the news that this year's event is in the very safe hands of the team who've come on board to work alongside the Farley Estate team to bring the event to life.

Entries are now OPEN with Ballot day set for Tuesday 9th June. We do urge you to get entries in by this date (and it saves you some money as well)
