Kuk Sool Won of Swaffham Kuk Sool Won of Swaffham is a small friendly martial arts club open to students from 4 to 80 years old. An all round traditional Korean Martial Art.

Trial class is FREE! The Traditional Korean Martial Arts
are recognised as being some of the finest in the world.The classes teach all of the rich tradition of the Korean Village and Family martial arts, the Buddhist Monks martial arts and the Royal Court Army martial arts. It includes kicking, punching, proper falling techniques, self defence techniques, traditional forms and movement, breathing

exercises, meditation and at higher levels weapons training disciplines. While there is an element of fitness and body conditioning exercises these are taught at the students own ability level so you do not need to be fit to start but get fitter as you progress. These exercises aid balance, co-ordination, stamina and flexibility. PKJN Michelle Began her martial arts journey 21 years ago at the age of 10, wanting to become fitter and gain more confidence in everyday activities. She reached her 1st degree black belt in May 2003, and has recently reached the title of 5th degree master in March 2020 alongside her father PKJN Michael. PKJN Michelle’s specialty in the martial art is weapons, in particular staff and spear. Principal Instructor PKJN Michael began his martial arts career with his daughter PKJN Michelle 21 years ago at the age of 53. He gained his 1st degree black belt in may 2003 with his daughter and has also reached the level of 5th degree black belt in March 2020. PKJN Michael’s specialt in the martial art is techniques and joint locking and alignment. Students are welcome from 6 to 80 and many parents find that they enjoy the time spent training with their children in our friendly atmosphere. K*k Sool Won of Swaffham is a family run martial arts school with a combined teaching experience of over 40 years.
