🚨 HOT WEATHER REMINDER & IMPORTANT INFORMATION 🌞🔥
To help keep all gymnasts safe, comfortable, and hydrated during the hot weather, please take note of the following:
💧 Water Bottles
All gymnasts will have access to cool, fresh drinking water throughout their session. Please ensure your child brings a water bottle.
🌬 Ventilation & Airflow
Wherever safe and practical, doors will remain open to improve airflow within the gym.
💡 Modified Activities
Coaches will adapt session plans to reduce intensity, focusing on skills and activities that require less physical exertion when necessary.
❗ Please Note: Our gym is not air-conditioned.
🏳 Regular Rest & Hydration Breaks
Additional water and rest breaks will be built into sessions to help prevent overheating and fatigue.
👕🩳 Cooler Clothing Options
Gymnasts may wear lighter, cooler clothing such as shorts and sleeveless tops where appropriate and safe to do so this week only.
