12 weeks. 18lb down. 7.5 inches gone from her waist and stomach.

But more importantly than that… look at how Sarah feels.

When we first met, she was at a low point, physically and mentally. She didn’t like how she looked, didn’t feel like herself, and had almost accepted that it wouldn’t change.

She told me she’d been hiding behind bigger clothes and felt stuck, blaming menopause and life stage.

Fast forward 3 months, and the difference is unreal.

✅ 18lb lost
✅ Clothes fit better and she’s wearing things she used to avoid
✅ Way more confident
✅ Happier in herself
✅ Mentally in a much better place

The biggest shift? She now believes in herself.
This is what happens when you pair a bit of structure, support, and accountability with someone who’s ready to put the work in.

You’re not lazy.

You’re up early, out the door, working all day, then home to run the house, look after the kids, see family, help everyone else. By the time it gets to you, there’s nothing left in the tank.

12 weeks. Over 3 inches gone from her waist and abdomen. Another dress size down. 👏

But that’s not even the part I’m most proud of with Debbie.
When she first started, she’d rattle around the gym doing the same few things week in, week out…bored, unmotivated, and not really getting anywhere.

Sound familiar?

So I built her a proper plan.

On Saturday 20th June we’ll be taking on the Edale Skyline Circular, our biggest group hike of the year so far.

At almost 30km with over 1,100m of elevation gain, this is a serious challenge that will test your fitness, resilience, and determination. But with that comes some of the best views the Peak District has to offer and a huge sense of achievement when you reach the finish.

Whether you’ve joined us on previous hikes or you’re looking to push yourself with something completely new, we’d love to have you with us.

Our first hike of the year is coming up and just a reminder, you don’t have to be a KH Fitness member to join us.

On February 22nd we’ll be taking on Dovedale and Lover’s Leap, 12.7km’s, classed as a moderate hike.

If you’ve been thinking about coming to a class, getting more active, or just fancy a good walk with a friendly group, this is a perfect place to start. No pressure, no expectations just good views and good company.

Feel free to bring a friend, partner or even the dog along 🐾
