Cable Glute squeeze.
This movement is all about control and mid muscle connection.
Stand and lean about 45 degrees forward to hold onto the bar for stability.
Slight bend in supporting leg.
Drive the working leg back but under control - don't swing or arch the lower back and keep hips square, don't twist.
Aim is to squeeze the Glute and slowly return under control.
Tip: try standing on a weight plate with your non working foot to add extra height. This prevents the working foot from touching the floor during movement.
