Adults, it's time to take your training beyond the gym!
This weekend, challenge yourself to complete:
✅ 50 Jabs (each arm)
✅ 50 Crosses (each arm)
✅ 30 Front Kicks (each leg)
✅ 30 Squats
✅ 1-minute Plank
✅ 3 rounds of your favorite kickboxing combo
