Hi guys doctors are trying a different form of treatment and have therefore put me on rest again this week! I cannot apologise enough and hopefully next week I will be fit and ready to make sure you guys are staying Fit AF 👏🏼🫶🏼

Hi Guys,

Classes are cancelled this week following a consultation with the doctors. I will be back next week fingers crossed and we can continue to fight the fitness together.

I would just like to thank you all for your ongoing support and don’t worry when I’m back I will make sure we make up for the past two weeks!!!
