Come along and see for yourself After a career in the corporate world and bringing up my family I have now decided I want to do something for me. I've used this type of gym equipment and found its the only workout I can face because I don't like gyms full of bodybuilders, dance music and sweat! A 30 minute gym session is nice and short, I don't need to get changed into the dreaded lycra and traine

rs and I can see a difference in my body. Therefore I've opened this wellness centre for people like me who want to improve the way they look the ladylike way.
