Today was our last class at Crown Kickboxing. Its been an absolute privilege to have been able to continue to teach karate to these youngsters after Covid closed our original home.
Next week sees ACR karate with ACR Judo in our new home at Star Dojo in Burton.

Taking these amazing talented youngsters way out of their comfort zone to do a grading in front of complete strangers has definitely had a massive impact. 🥋
Tonights session displayed alot of talent, technique, ability, confidence and knowledge.

🥋Great session Friday evening with our karateka.
🥋We focused on the first 3 Pinan katas and began introducing the first few moves of the main blackbelt kata ku-shan-ku.
🥋Plus combinations on padwork and finishing with sparring with a difference! 🥋🥋
