New babywear class in the area 👶

First baby wear fitness class kicked off this morning and I can't wait to do it all again next week.

Babywear Fitness with Amber is a fitness class that involves wearing your baby in a carrier or sling while you work out. It's a way for parents to stay active while bonding with their child.

We also have some exciting news, we have teamed up with No2 Coffee House and they are going to do a deal with the parents to go and have a coffee & cake for £5 after.

I no sounds crazy right - working out and then having a cake... BUT being a new mum can be quite isolating and this is a place for all the mums to go to after and make friends with others whilst having a nice coffee/tea and maybe a cake.
