And so it begins… ⛰️💪

We’re officially on our way to Ben Nevis to take on the National 3 Peaks Challenge in support of Bone Cancer Research Trust🧡

Over the next 24 hours we’ll be tackling Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon, pushing ourselves physically and mentally for a cause that means so much.

Thank you to everyone who has donated, shared our fundraiser and supported us along the way. Your support is what’s keeping us motivated as we head towards the first peak.

Would also like to take a moment to thank our drive who has kindly took the time to drive us to each peak and be our on board cheerleader 👏🏼

I’ve been so excited to share this update of my client, Sophie ❤️

Not long ago, I posted about Sophie reaching an incredible 5 stone weight loss milestone, but seeing these photos side by side really puts into perspective just how far she has come.

Sophie has been working with me for around a year now, and honestly, it’s been a pleasure to be part of her journey. From day one, our focus was never about perfection, it was about finding an approach that fit her lifestyle, building sustainable habits, and making sure she didn’t end up running for the hills every time I suggested a workout 😂

Over the last year, Sophie has gone from having little confidence in the gym to walking in and getting the job done. She pushes herself every session, makes the most of her time here, and has consistently made healthy changes outside of the gym that support her goals.

The weight loss is amazing, but what makes me most proud is the confidence she has gained, the habits she has built, and the person she has become throughout the process.

Results like these don’t come from quick fixes. They come from showing up, staying consistent, and trusting the process.

The girl on the left was 7 months postpartum and didn’t feel comfortable wearing a bikini. The woman on the right still has goals she’s working towards, but she’s a long way from where she started 👏🏼

The biggest change isn’t what you can see, it’s the confidence that’s grown along the way 💛

🗻🧡 Three Peaks. One Team. One Cause. 🧡🗻

This June, myself and 3 amazing clients will be taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge in support of the Bone Cancer Research Trust.

Sadly, one of our team members can no longer take part due to an injury that would make the challenge unsafe to complete, but they’ll still be with us in spirit every step of the way.

We’re proud to be raising money for a charity that funds vital research, supports those affected by bone cancer, and works towards a future where no one loses their life to this disease.

Every step is for a reason 🧡

Training on holiday isn’t about earning food, burning off cocktails, or chasing perfection 🙅🏼‍♀️

It’s about keeping a routine that makes me feel good, having energy for long days exploring, and taking an hour for myself.

I train because I enjoy it. Because moving my body makes me feel stronger, healthier, and happier 👏🏼

The gym doesn’t stop because I’m on holiday and neither does looking after myself 🌴

I’m not training because I have to, I’m training because I want to and that’s the key thing to remember 🚀

Sophie’s journey has been incredible to say the least 🥹 the hard work she puts in and the choices she has made to get to where she is today is amazing!

These results haven’t come from extreme dieting, lack of enjoyment in life, a million hours in the gym or any kind of restriction… they’ve come from consistency, small changes, habit building and making healthier choices along the way and a few gym sessions too 🤭

No journey or path to results is the same for everyone, your path to results is down to what suits your lifestyle and needs. There is no one size fits all with training and fitness.
